With over two decades of experience in B2B, B2C, and B2G marketing, I bring a full-funnel approach that blends strategy, creative direction, and performance-driven execution. From rebranding national companies to launching omnichannel campaigns that reach hundreds of thousands, my work is rooted in storytelling that resonates and systems that scale. Most recently, I led a complete brand overhaul at EPC — producing all visual and written content, launching a top-performing podcast, and generating a 320% increase in Facebook reach and 110% growth in LinkedIn engagement — all through organic strategies.
Prior to EPC, I served as Creative Director at IDEMIA North America, where I spearheaded high-impact campaigns for over 60 products, cut costs by over $700K annually through in-house talent development, and led marketing efforts that fueled a 200%+ increase in sales leads. Whether I'm directing / editing video, designing trade-show booths, writing copy, or mapping lead-gen funnels, my focus is always on aligning brand clarity with measurable business outcomes. I lead with curiosity, build with purpose, and execute with precision.
In April 2024, I joined Etheridge Pipeline & Conduit (EPC) in West Monroe, LA as Director of Marketing, stepping into a pivotal role during a time of transformation. I led a comprehensive rebrand that repositioned EPC for growth, producing all creative assets — from visual identity to messaging and content strategy. The rebrand was met with overwhelming praise, earning recognition across the industry and elevating EPC’s presence throughout the southern U.S. Today, the company continues to grow with a stronger, more unified brand at its foundation.
When I joined EPC, there was no existing marketing infrastructure. I built the marketing and communications departments from the ground up, collaborating closely with teams across the organization to develop clear, compelling messaging and content. From meticulously branded brochures and white papers to trade show booth designs, banners, and beyond, I established a cohesive visual and verbal identity that positioned EPC for credibility, growth, and long-term success.
"Fiber, Not Fiction" is a thought leadership white paper authored by Josh Etheridge and fully branded by me for EPC, designed to demystify the complexities of fiber deployment and position EPC as an authority in telecommunications infrastructure. I developed the visual branding and layout to align with EPC’s revitalized identity — incorporating custom graphics, clear typography, and a polished structure that enhanced both readability and impact. The piece resonated strongly across platforms, achieving a 64% engagement rate on LinkedIn and 36% on Facebook, significantly outperforming industry averages and reinforcing EPC’s credibility and visibility in the market.
In 2025, I developed a series of conceptual tradeshow booth designs for EPC that helped shape the company’s final exhibit presence. These mockups laid the creative foundation for the booth's overall aesthetic, with one of my original backdrops ultimately being adopted in the final design. The concepts blended strong brand visuals with practical layout considerations, ensuring EPC stood out on the trade show floor while maintaining a cohesive, professional look aligned with the new brand identity.

In 2023, I developed over a dozen targeted social media ads for the TSA PreCheck program under IDEMIA, each crafted to drive enrollment and engagement across key platforms. These ads played a direct role in generating measurable revenue through social channels, combining strategic messaging with eye-catching visuals to effectively reach travelers and convert interest into action. The campaign's success underscored the power of well-executed creative in high-stakes, federally aligned marketing.
In 2023, I served as Creative Director for IDEMIA’s Mobile ID programs in New York, Iowa, and California. I led the creative development of user-facing assets, including promotional videos, app visuals, and digital campaigns, ensuring each launch was cohesive and aligned with state branding. My work contributed to the successful rollout of the Mobile ID app in Iowa, New York, and California, driving public adoption and delivering a consistent, trusted user experience.

In 2023, I played a key role in branding and designing IDEMIA's influential white paper, *Six Key Factors in Algorithm Excellence*, which outlines a comprehensive framework for evaluating biometric and AI technologies beyond traditional accuracy metrics. The paper emphasizes six critical factors: transparency, performance over time, field robustness, security and privacy, fairness and ethics, and regulatory compliance. My design work effectively conveyed these complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner, aligning with IDEMIA's commitment to innovation, ethical standards, and responsible AI-driven identity solutions.
In 2022 and 2023, I served as the creative director for IDEMIA's Justice and Public Safety User Conferences, overseeing the branding and design of all marketing assets. This included crafting PowerPoint templates, elevator wraps, conference badges, branded swag, prospectuses, and conference guides. My design work contributed to a 40% increase in attendance and a 150% boost in customer satisfaction in 2023.
I have had the opportunity to create approximately 10 storyboards for One10 Productions and Michael Beaumont, specifically for Nissan car commercials. In this capacity, I collaborated closely with the creative team to visually plan each commercial, ensuring the storyboards effectively conveyed the narrative and showcased Nissan’s vehicles in the best light. My storyboarding process involved detailed illustrations and annotations, providing a clear visual roadmap for the production crew to follow. This collaboration helped streamline the production process, ensuring that each commercial was executed with precision and aligned with the creative vision.

Video Projects
From concept to final cut, I craft video content that connects — whether it’s elevating a national brand or capturing a raw, one-take performance. I’ve led high-impact video production for IDEMIA and EPC, producing everything from executive town halls and product launches to documentary-style brand content. I’ve also partnered with local businesses like Downtown Dental to tell authentic stories that resonate with real audiences.
Beyond commercial and corporate work, I bring a filmmaker’s eye to every frame. I’ve directed music videos, narrative shorts, and earned recognition including 3rd Place: Best Film of 2022 at the Nashville 48 Hour Film Project. Whether I’m behind the camera or guiding a full production team, I focus on storytelling that’s visually sharp, emotionally grounded, and strategically aligned to the goals of each project..
